Valley of Miracles Academy is a Christ-centred school in Waterfalls, Harare, Zimbabwe. This policy covers the school's website and the enquiry forms on it.

2. What we collect

When you use our enquiry forms (admissions, sponsorship, partnership or general contact), we collect only what you type in:

• Your name and contact details, meaning phone, WhatsApp and email.
• The details of your enquiry, including anything about your child you choose to tell us.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not use tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use what you give us only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and send you what you asked for.
• Handle admissions and sponsorship interest through the school's official procedures.
• Meet our legal and safeguarding obligations.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Every enquiry form asks for your consent through a required tick box before your details are sent, and the form will not submit without it.

4. Children's information and safeguarding

Valley of Miracles Academy takes the safety and dignity of children extremely seriously. In line with the Together We Can Scholarship Initiative rules:

• We never publish children's full names, addresses, identification documents, household income details or distressing personal stories.
• Photographs of learners are used only with written parent or guardian consent, and always in a way that keeps the child's dignity intact.
• Learner information is kept confidential and used only for scholarship administration, verification, reporting and learner support.
• Sponsors do not get unrestricted access to learners. All contact goes through the school, with parent consent and proper safeguarding controls.

5. Where we store your information

Enquiry details are stored securely and seen only by authorised school staff. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given for.

6. Third parties

This website does not currently share your information with any third-party service. If we later connect the enquiry forms to an email or booking service, we will update this policy to name it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the school on 0772 789 048 or 0712 475 530.
